If any item(s) does not meet your expectations due to; an error in shipment, the item(s) merely do not meet your expectations or contain any manufacturing defect. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via e-mail or telephone (see contact page of this website) and request a return authorization (RA) number. You must return the item(s) including your RA number within 30 days of the sale, in its original, unused and undamaged condition.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and the condition of the product is verified, the appropriate credit will be issued.

We cannot refund shipping charges and for items in good condition a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit total. The restocking fee also applies to "Refused" shipments. All returns must be sent back with the shipping prepaid. In the event BluSkies is at fault, the restocking fee will not apply and all shipping charges will be refunded. Additional and more detailed return instructions, including return address, etc. will be on your sales receipt which will be sent to you via Postal Mail or included with your order.
